Shipping policy

GENERAL INFORMATION

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensure timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

Shipping to PO Boxes is not our preferred shipping option unless specially requested by customer. All PO Box deliveries will be delayed by 2-3 days due to the carrier's extended processing time. Other carrier options are available and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed and shipped within 7 days of being placed (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).

    • Seeds: Typically processed within 24-48 hours, but may take longer during high order volume periods.
    • Live Plants: Live plants are typically processed within 1-3 days but may require additional preparation time before shipping to ensure they arrive healthy and in good condition.
    • Please note that live plant shipments may occasionally be delayed for up to 2 weeks due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe or extreme weather conditions (including heatwaves, freezing temperatures, storms, hurricanes, floods, or snowstorms), natural calamities, carrier delays, or regional disruptions.

Delivery Time:
Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on the shipping option,  carrier and destination.

Please note that orders to US destinations may take 8-12 days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and final destination of the order. After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
