Borago officinalis
Add a splash of color and flavor to your garden with Borage Herb Seeds, a versatile and easy-to-grow herb known for its vibrant blue flowers. Often called "starflower" for its star-shaped blooms, borage is a striking ornamental plant and a classic culinary herb. The young leaves have a fresh, cucumber-like taste, and the blue flowers make a beautiful garnish for salads, drinks, and desserts. The plant is also a magnet for bees and other pollinators, making it a great choice for vegetable and herb gardens.
Borage grows best in cool weather. Sow around your last spring frost, or in fall or late winter in warm regions (zones 8–10), directly where it will grow, since it has a taproot and does not transplant well. It readily reseeds. 30 seeds per pack.
